does Tapestry of Dreams have different music than Tapestry of Nations did? I liked Tapestry of Nations music...

does it still have everyone's favorite part...where the lights dim and everything slows down...you know...the point where the parade has wrapped around all of world showcase? I'm happy to hear it's still much the same...

NOPE! it has something similar. Personally I abhor ToD and I want ToN back (hell, I'd rathe rhave LightMagic than ToD)
what's it have instead? Why do you loathe ToD?
It has a quick cheesy speech about Walt, and the puppets then dance w/ each other.
I personally think that ToD is overkill. The directors tried to hard, and it ends up looking very cheap and poorly put together. Being a parade performer and float driver @ WDW for the past 3 years, i've seen a lot of good and crappy parades. I guess my expectations/standards for a parade are a bit higher than everyone elses (I've been told that by a lot of people)
I suppose they should have kept ToN, but they wanted their vacation videos to say "we have a new parade at EVERY park" b/c other than that, epcot got nothing new this year...and they wanted every park to have new stuff. However, the new attractions are kinda negated by the closed ones...which is neither here nor there. my problem w/ the change from ToN to ToD is that it seems they changed the entire point of the parade w/o changing much of the parade itself. A spiel about walt as those puppets are dancing doesn't seem to make much sense...did walt's nightmares involve little dolls dancing around??? Regardless, I'm just happy I'll be there in 107 days Perhaps that will be enough time for them to reverse the recent changes (or at least reconsider the proposed future changes...I hope y'all are right and Spectro will be there...it's definitely peak season. As some of you know...I adore SpectroMagic...I think I hold it higher in my mind than any other disney attraction....don't call me a freak! I grew up with it! )

ToD sucks!!! Let's face it, they took a really good parade (ToN) and made it rather bad! Please change back to ToN!

IMHO Dreams was mince, I dont know what the difference was, cause it wasnt that major, but Dreams lacked the "magic" of nations.

ToD was really cheesy. The kids announcing what their dreams were was cringe-inducing. Although I did like the new song...

I miss a parade in EPCOT.
I don't. When there was a parade in Epcot, I missed strolling through World Showcase.
