News Chapek FIRED, Iger New CEO

I mean Iger isn't immortal, he's gonna leave one way or another. So, you essentially think Iger is lying when he says he's leaving for real in 2026?

News Chapek FIRED, Iger New CEO

Now Bob Iger confirms he will leave again for real in 2026, three years from now. https://www.thewrap.com/disney-ceo-bob-iger-stepping-down-2026/ So maybe things will change in three or so years? That said, Iger refuses to sell any of the Disney owned networks...

News Chapek FIRED, Iger New CEO

https://www.thewrap.com/bob-iger-disney-regrets-worse-shape-overwhelmed/ Seems now Bob Iger sees that Disney is in worse shape than ever and is so overwhelmed and exhausted by this that he's questioning why he even came back.

News Tom Staggs - Kevin Mayer have returned

I meant in response to asking if whoever succeeds Iger will undo his impact on the parks, I asked if Eisner undid everything the likes of Card Walker/Donn Tatum from the 1970s and Ron Miller from 1980-84 did to the parks?

News Tom Staggs - Kevin Mayer have returned

To be fair, how much did Eisner keep from what the likes of Card Walker/Donn Tatum from the 1970s and Ron Miller from 1980-84 did to the parks either?

News Chapek FIRED, Iger New CEO

Technically 16 with his hiatus from 2020-22.

News Chapek FIRED, Iger New CEO

Looking at how the Disney leaders have been divisive, who would you all say was the best Disney leader between: Walt Disney (1923-66) Roy O Disney (1966-71) Card Walker/Donn Tatum (1971-80) Ron Miller (1980-84) Michael Eisner (1984-2005) Bob Iger (2005-20, 2022-present) Bob Chapek (2020-22)

News Chapek FIRED, Iger New CEO

Maybe someone who hates the way Iger's running things could try to make a new Save Disney campaign seeing that's what got Ron Miller out in 1984 and Michael Eisner in 2005.

News Zootopia and Moana Blue Sky concepts for Disney's Animal Kingdom

Fair. Then what about just Bambi? That wasn't an animals in suburban settings movie like the other animal Disney movies I mentioned.

News Zootopia and Moana Blue Sky concepts for Disney's Animal Kingdom

Lion King did have some attractions in the parks already and Up has Up! A Great Bird Adventure. Would Dumbo, Bambi, Lady and the Tramp, 101 Dalmatians, Aristocats, Robin Hood, Rescuers, Fox and the Hound, Great Mouse Detective, and Oliver and Company be better Animal Kingdom attraction ideas...

    Country Bears staying put?

What if they ever used Home on the Range for Western IP?

    Kermit

Fair. How about Matt Groening and Trey Parker/Matt Stone? Considering they've had their fair share of offensive jokes on Simpsons and South Park, are Matt G, Trey, and Matt S also jerks like Seth?
  14. S

    Kermit

I'm confused, did Seth do something shady like Butch Hartman and John K? I know Family Guy has gone downhill and he's made bad calls on that show, but is Seth actually a jerk in real life? Someone who is bad in writing and managing a show can still be a good person.
  15. S

    Kermit

Doubt that'd ever happen considering Seth has never worked with puppets and they usually get experienced Mupeteers to perform the Muppets. I doubt they'd go through the trouble of having to have Seth loop Kermit lines to another person performing Kermit's puppet.

Animal kingdom expansion! In need of ideas

What about Amphibia? Could that fit in Animal Kingdom, considering frogs, toads, and newts are pretty much everywhere on the show? Or what about TailSpin? That could also fit well in Animal Kingdom, especially considering it's based on the Jungle Book IP so it's not like people won't know who...

Moana, Mirabel and Figment meet and greet details confirmed for Walt Disney World

Well if you find these shorts bad, how would you make a good all ages show that features the Mickey and Friends characters? Heck, did Mickey Mouse Works do a better job trying to give the Mickey and Friends gang a more comedic edge and being a new take on Mickey Mouse and why?

    News Reimagined Toontown coming

More screenshots that show more of 11 year old Max, Peg, Pistol, and PJ from Goof Troop. Even Webby shows up with her 2017 design rendered in the classic style. Donald Duck's Boat has also been remodeled to be in line with DuckTales 2017 with the nephews resembling their designs there.

    Mickey Shorts Animation and Style

House of Mouse and Mickey Mouse Works actually premiered on ABC as part of the One Saturday Morning block, not on Disney Channel (they didn't start moving production of new shows to Disney Channel until 2002 with Kim Possible). Course I notice a lot of shows from that era like Nightmare Ned...
