Masks were not required last July indoors at Disney at all. Very very few people were wearing them inside the rides/shows. Which showed the majority of Disney park goers do not want them.

Based on that persons experience last summer when Disney dropped the mask. I too, had the same experience. When we went last July you had to really search out any mask wears. Like he said 90% of the park goers were not masked.

I'm shocked quite frankly. I assumed cruises would be the last to go. I am thrilled with the news as we are avid Disney cruisers but have held off for many reasons (masks being one). So...yay! More return to normalcy.

But many won't be. The uptake will be less than the 5-11 group. Nationally, more than a quarter (28.1%) of 5-11 year-olds had received at least one COVID-19 vaccine dose as of January 18, 2022. This represents just over 8 million of the approximately 28 million children in this age group in...

You want hospitals shut down? What if a woman goes into labor? No police on patrol? Firehouses close and just let homes burn to the ground? Cancer patients not be able to get their weekly chemo doses? Garbage just piling up for a month? No pharmacy open for antibiotics for an infection...

No we did not go get tested. Just don’t feel the need I guess. We do not need medical attention. We are all just hanging out for the rest of the summer at home before school starts so no work or interacting with people etc. for a while. And we are ok! Just annoying symptoms and waiting to feel...

This announcement today was very broad and not very confident and forceful like in the past. I'm wondering if most states and businesses will just quietly ignore this 'recommendation' and go about as business as usual. Stores like Publix for example had a company wide policy in the beginning...

When though? If delta is so deadly and the cases/hospitalizations are now through the roof why the delay? If masks are that important to stop delta in its tracks it should be done ASAP, no?

Except the same people who didn't wear masks to begin with will continue not to wear one. Couple that now with the vaccinated who will refuse because they did the right thing and will be very angry wearing a mask to protect those who refuse to vaccinate. I don't see how any new mask mandate...
