I've found so far that lines are longer but they move quicker making the wait times about the same especially at rides like PoC because now they are only using one half of the queue really for standby at least that's what I've found so far may be wrong though

CBR is my least favorite moderate as well but I would choose POR as my fav moderate best theming and the pools are awesome can go fishing take a boat to DD or Disney Springs whatever they're calling it now lol CBR does have a great pool though I'll give it that

Living here my whole life there is a very good chance it will be hot enough to swim at some point if you are there for a week almost guaranteed we have our occasional cold days but at some point you always get a day in the high 70s so I'd go for CBR if your girl went nuts over the pool

I'd go with BC you get a whole extra day in WDW! Sure monorail loop is more convenient but that extra hour you spend on a bus gets you a whole extra day!!! You can always wake up walk through Epcot maybe catch a ride or two while the lines are short and then monorail over to MK
