The longest I have ever waited in line is 30 minutes, and that was for toy story. I would never in a million years wait 3 hours for a ride or 1 hour for that matter. I would never call someone an idiot for waiting 3 hours, but I can guarantee you thats what I am thinking in my head.

If you book a package with Disney or Universal you have to pay it off 45 days ahead. A room only at either resort is a 1 night deposit and they you are charged the remaining balance on check in. If its important to you to have your rooms paid for before leaving just book a package.

I always budget in cab money. We normally spend about 150.00 on cabs because we like to eat at the other resorts. We also like adult beverages so driving is not an option. I can't imagine taking the bus system resort to resort.That would probably ruin my vacation. I am glad you had a good time.

We won't be going to fantasyland. Thankfully my kids have outgrown that, and their boys so we do the mountain rides and the few other rides. I don't. Care for the magic kingdom that much anyway. Its not in same league as dl in my opinion.
