I think Lost refers to the amount of money customers are going to lose on the new 2008 dining plan. I think High rising refers to Disney's planned profits from the changes to the 2008 dining plan.

In the past, I've tried to go to WDW every year. Every time we think vacations, we think WDW; however, I believe it's time to put Disney vacations on par with going to the beaches, mountains, etc. I'll probably go to Disney every 3 years, but it's not going to be a yearly pilgrimage any longer...

It was great to read about this random act of kindness. You can tell how an act of kindness like this touches many people as evidenced by the way the Manager & Server were excited to give you the news. I wonder how many people this nice act will ultimately touch?

Taking precaution in the case of an abandoned backpack is fine; however, I've heard of people being confronted because they were taking pictures of "odd things" at WDW (for example, taking pictures of the boats that go between EPCOT & DHS). My concern is that we're giving up personal freedoms...

I would love to see Israel. Sadly, I don't think it will happen because of security risks. However, it would be great to have a replica of the old city and temple mount as it currently stands (w/wailing wall & dome on the rock).
