    Frozen Ever After opening day

Could be, last time I was in the park was late 2014 and they were on then. I'm surprised they left them up if they're not using them.

    Frozen Ever After opening day

Late trip report from yesterday: we never went to Frozen. 90-120 min wait reported at rope drop, and I saw a three hour standby wait when we walked by in the late afternoon. Lots of little girls in Elsa dresses all over the park looking, well, kinda stressed out. Not sure if that was from not...

    Frozen Ever After opening day

I read jrogue' post to my daughter and she said "Forget it, let's just ride TT. I didn't want to hug Elsa anyway." On our second trip through TT now. :) Two hour reported wait on Frozen last time j checked.

Yikes, jrogue. Thanks for the info. We're off to Epcot in the next hour. We were gonna try to bolt for the ride at rope drop but from the sound of things we may just aim for Test Track instead. I'll report on the line when I see it.

Tips for first timer going next week...

Silly question: I'm doing a one-day trip on Friday, and the Disney website only let me choose one FP+ item. (I picked Soarin' since I actualyl like the TT preshow area and don't mind waiting too much.) Did I do it wrong?

If you mean a literal jog, not sure if security will allow you to. Back in 2004 or so when Mission:Space was the hot ride, my wife and I were there at park opening and tried to bolt for that corner of FW. The CMs stopped us asked us not to run, and I said "OK, we're just going to power walk!"...

Right. And don't forget that a lot of the CMs working the pavilions are natives from the various nations, which is cool even if you don't get a lot of opportunities to mingle. I know at least the Japanese CMs really brighten up if you speak some Japanese to them--most Japanese tourists go to...

Truth. Shucks, I even remember a huge wait for Maelstrom a couple of times.

    Frozen Ever After opening day

I asked my 6yo daughter, who is a huge Frozen fan: "If we go to Epcot on Friday and don't get to ride Frozen, will you be angry?" She replied, "4 hours in line? Some things aren't worth melting for! Let's just go on Test Track if it's that bad." I love that kid. :) That said, if we arrive at...

    Frozen Ever After opening day

Thanks Cmdr_Crimson, I'll check that out. I booked my FP+ on Soarin a couple weeks ago since it was a lost cause to get it for Frozen. I just checked FP+ for fun and they said Soarin is completely unavailable, so folks still seem to be booking the other rides.

    Frozen Ever After opening day

Sorry if this came up earlier but: what's the sense of how the other lines in the park are doing? Are Test Track and Soarin' easy to get onto now that the entire hemisphere is waiting in line for Frozen? I was planning to head to Epcot this Friday and be there at park opening--will be watching...
