    Didn't like Disney...

It doesnt take as much work as some on here make it out to be. I tell everyone who has never been to just sit down for an hour with someone who's been at least three times, and get the run down. Thats all the planning thats needed, except for making reservations. I have been 25 times, never...

Just got back from my 25 th trip to disney march 12 and we were going to stay at all star sports. Some friends of ours had checked in the day before and got moved to movies, so we expected the same, as we were listed as traveling together. Went to check in and were told we were being moved to...

Not funny and Hate that it happened but, I have on vhs a video of one of the monkeys in The lion king show, breaking his leg during the show. The show was shut down and everyone was escourted out. not sure if that would be considered a blooper but it is one of the rare things that happen at disney.

    Paint Brush(es) on TSI

The island doesn't open until an hour after the park opens, so you have plenty of time to get in line for the first boat over. We found two of the brushes back in november, and gave the extra one to another family, they hid it so there kids would find it and it made there day.

    Scuba Mickey

I doubt you can dive with mickey himself, but you can dive in the living seas. It's called Epcot's dive quest. just go to the disney web site and check it out. I have done it three times and it is worth it in my opinion. The last time i did it, it cost $150.00, and everything is...

    Fort Wilderness campground

They also have a sing along camp fire with chip and dale, along with the outdoor movie, every night - and its free. then for a very small fee they have hay rides every night. slightly more expensive is carrage rides, horseback rides, and segway tours. If you own a golf cart, or can borrow one...

Are we the only ones who stay all day?

We stay out all day, cant stand to miss anything. The only time we see the hotel/camper is to take a shower and to sleep. Even if we go swimming, it's after the parks close. We have two kids 8 and 4 and have never had a problem. P.S. If it gets so bad someone needs a nap that cant fit...

    Port Orleans - Riverside

Por It's all in how you do disney, if your the type that eats breakfast every morning at the hotel, then buildings 14,15,16, and 18 are your best choice. We very seldom eat at hotel, and request buildings 24, 25, or 34. those are very close to the bus stop, fewer people, with very little walk...

    Favorite smell at Disney

We allways go to MK first and its the smell of the Train and also Main Street. But the best scent in the world is the smell of the hot tires on the pavement, in the parking lot of the hotel, that tells me the 900 mile drive is OVER!

    what tricks do you use

"I act like an absolute child until I get my way." It also doesn't hurt to act like a child until i get my way sometimes either. Had to resort to that a few times over the years!

    what tricks do you use

My wife likes disney, (just not as much as I love it). We do the I pick one year, she picks the next. It didn't take me long to learn so when it's my year, I secretly hide a little extra cash all year, and then buy annual passes. Then we get to go twice to disney on my year and go somewhere for...

    Driving to Disney

We live in Louisiana and have exactly 856 miles to the gates at fort wilderness. We have a motorhome and usually drive straight through. It's been a ritual since I was a kid to stop at all state welcome centers, whether there closed or not. It was allways fun when i was a kid and now I do it for...

    Rudeness!!!!

(nope. if someone cuts in line, i say hockey rules apply....... drop the gloves and one on one.........followed by 5 in the penalty box.) I agree with that. I just came back from an 8 day trip 5/15 to 5/22, and saw just about everything mentioned here, but the one that got me on this trip is...

What is the funniest thing you overheard another guest say in WDW?

Funny or Sad In front of the castle, I heard a man say to his kids, lets go, all I've ever heard of is, Walt Disney World, and it's nothing but shops and this castle. What a waste of money. I couldn't stand it, so I had them follow me around the whole park just to give them a tour. They were...
