All the cool magic they do in the Huanted Mansion, and they can't even get one realistic falling rock effect to work? Who is the genius that oversaw this...

    Didn't someone say a projection system was going to simulate falling rocks? Someone said it was installed the last before the rehab started, but the rocks were falling upward, as the projector wasn't set up correctly yet.

    Quickly and efficiently? More like slow and non-existant. It took 5 minutes for security to arrive, at least. Normal tourists had to try and restrain him.

    I have to disagree with CaptainKidd. I think there rooms are by far the nicest. Ceiling fans? Ice cold A/C. Ceiling fans went out in the 80s. Drawer space was fine, unless you are bringing 20 suitcases. The sinks are a little weird, but they drained fine. Toiletries under the sink are fine...

    I too disagree with the earlier post that stated he hated the rooms. We stayed there last year and loved it. The rooms are by far the nicest on property.

    how do you know which park you will be in to book your restaurant?

    Book that morning? LOL, most places get booked up months in advance. I wouldn't risk it. That is what is tough about eating at Disney. You have to plan months in advance for table service restaurants. Now if you are just eating burgers every day, you don't need reservations for that.

    contemporary rooms

    Just stayed in a Bay Lake view room and loved it. Didn't miss the theme park view as much as we thought. Loved the docks, boats, pool, water parade every night.

    Tower room, if you can afford it. We stayed in a Bay Lake view room in October and loved it. Beautiful sunrise, the boat docks, pool, plus the water parade. We thought we would not like it as much as the theme park view, but we were wrong. Loved the view.

    The Contemporary has the nicest rooms. The Polynesian has the nicest theme. The GF has the most beautiful lobby.
