If the migrants are the problem and source of Texas problems, then one should assume that the counties nearest the border will have the most cases right? Let’s look at the map and see what counties in Texas have the most cases per capita:

As you can see cases are not centered around the Mexico border, but the Gulf border. Clearly illegal aliens are the source, but it’s migrants from Atlantis not Mexico.

There is no single source. This is an impact from outside as well as inside sources. Finger pointing is not helpful.

The should the parks close debate is kind of pointless. With how crazy things are here in FL Disney would of done it already if they had any intentions on doing it. It is very clear not only is Disney NOT shutting down, they are moving forward in opening more and more things.

Big win for the cruise line industry with the judge's ruling. However, I dont think we have seen the end of that. We all know how this goes back and forth from court to court, judge to judge. Since this is an actual law that was signed into legislature, its going to be a lot harder than people think to completely get rid of it. I warned of this many many many pages ago. Wouldn't be surprised if it went all the way to the Supreme.

My bigger fear isn’t that it will be upheld, but that we might start to see attempts to fix the many “shortcomings” noted in the injunction and how far are they willing to go? Tennessee’s Department of Health is getting out of general vaccine advocacy, will the political spite seek some to undo existing vaccine requirements?

And for what seems like the umpteenth time, that needs to be explained to some (not you), the vaccines were never meant to completely prevent cases; they need to prevent serious complications / death for the the majority, and they are still doing that.

Will go to appeals court next and then to Supreme. I really think that's what will happen.

I don't live in Tennessee but as far as I can tell they are doing it because they don't want to be accused of solicitation of minors, because that is exactly what it is.
I'm sure parents of TN (you know the citizens who vote there) felt it wasn't the place of a government entity to be pushing vaccines on to their children. I've got no problem with that as long as parents are legally responsible for the health and care of their children under 18 then that is who should be being "pushed" into getting their kids vaccinated.
Good on them for standing up for what is right. Hopefully more states follow suit and stop using children as political pawns when it comes to vaccines.
