Sloppy Joe's (from the sauce in the can) for dinner tonight. What's everyone else having?

I am making a dish called chicken maori. It is from a WDW cookbook my mom bought on our 1987 trip. I pulled out the book and told hubs to pick a recipe and that is what he picked. It used to be served at the Coral Isle Cafe at the Polynesian, the restaurant is called Kona Cafe now. I don't remember what all is in it but I'll report back on it later.

So good! That menu is always so huge, that I end up ordering the same 3 dishes usually. And Scott always gets the bang bang chicken and shrimp. Sometimes our cheesecakes vary.

I LOVE their avocado egg rolls. Those things are insanely good.

I think I'll likely have some eggs, corned beef hash (from the can), and some roasted brussels sprouts

All you chit chatters talking about your weird what is lasagna parameters, got me thinking about their veggie lasagna. That's right. Veggie. Loads of spinach chopped in, and no meat.

Our take out nights are Friday... although I think I have a Free Jimmy johns sub about to expire soon. Maybe I'll order it for lunch!
