I'm actually pretty happy with this. They can't control this situation, so they're basically discounting our renewals for next year, giving us a free ticket to bring a friend (the tickets run $60 a piece) and aren't charging us until reopening. Seems fair given that this is completely beyond anyone's control. Hershey does a pretty good job of keeping their season passholders happy.

Sorry. It's a day trip for us, 1.5 hours each way. I think it's officially 54 miles each way. We've never even stayed up there, although we've talked about doing a night or two; the Hotel Hershey looks really, really nice.

A day trip can be done but it's pushing it. It was much easier when the airport was there. We were going to do a road trip because dh can get multi day tickets for Hershey for next to nothing and we haven't been to DC or Goddard in a while so it would have been a good way to spend a week or so.

Seeing we're not going anywhere this summer We had originally had a route 81 trip planned Lancaster to Hershey, DC and a few points between the 2. I'm going to sign James up for a summer course or 2

Well, plan it for next year. Candymonium is supposed to still be open, and they should open a new ride next year would be my guess. I'm super bummed because I really want to see Chocolatetown and ride Candymonium, and that's delayed. We're supposed to have first to ride access, so we'll see how that goes.

One of my friends wanted to go, so now that I think we're up to four summer tickets, I'm see if she wants one when it reopens to go with us.

Cedar fair just sent an email that all passes are being extended thru the 2021 season. I can’t even imagine what a monetary loss they’re taking with this offer, in addition to everything else.

Don’t think we’ll see any new attractions any time soon

My hubs would love that meal. He likes fish, I do not. So he only gets it (sometimes) when we go out to eat. What time should I send him over?

So, I’m watchin’ BBT and Sheldon says somethin’ about he shaved and everything and Leonard says you should be good for a month then...
Reminds me of the time one of my cousins was sportin’ a “beard” (fuzz) when we were all younger and was debating shaving it off or not. My pop replied “Just smear a buncha’ milk on your face and get a cat to lick it off!”...!!!!!!!
