Yay! Just curious, why only for the day?

Just some spur of the moment silliness...we used to do similar when all our kiddos were younger...oldest DD remembers that, and says she’s just kickin’ it up a notch...or two...!!!!!

We also have our October cruise comin’ up, and then a planned trip to Europe the following summer...!!!!!

Hope tryouts went well.

Thanks. I already received a call from the coach. T did great, but we are not going to have enough kids to form a stacked team. Only about 8 kids are progressed enough to be on it (the rest went to travel teams this year), and the coaches don’t want to pull other kids up, understandably. I’d rather not have a stacked team than have one where they had to fill a roster with kids who shouldn’t be at that level, would be a horrible season.

T doesn’t know yet. The coach asked me to please have T play for school, and for me to tell T that he really wants him on his team. I guess the good news is we will have the National coach, and they are going to keep those 8 kids together even though it will be an American team. Training should be good at least.

So dh said that Disney Plus will include the ESPN channels and Hulu all for $11.99 a month! Sounds like a great deal to me.

ESPN+ service or regular ESPN channels? If ESPN+ that’s like getting Disney and Hulu for free!

@donaldtoo , I know you work with CAD programs. I have zero experience. Today, I took a 3D workshop (offered by my public library, for free). The man used TinderCad or something like that. My brain doesn't really function in computer things as it is (with the exception of basic things like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), but I worked a little bit with his program, (just using the preloaded shapes, etc.).

Anyway, the man was going to print out the various designs that people made, and maybe I didn't save it in certain way, as the file was supposed to come to our home email, but it didn't). So I guess I can't forward it to him to print after hours (he had a few classes today, so was going to print the things later). Oh well.

Just listening to him was interesting as he was a whizz with all this technology. I thought about people who use CAD type programs -- it's a whole different type of skill, and some people adapt to it better than others, I guess. I can see how it's really important for architects and engineers.

Yes please! Brad just told me today that he is going to have to go to Chicago in about a month for a church thing and the first thing I said was "great you can bring home some Lou's and Garrett's!"
