Morning Y'all just signed up and checking out the surroundings. My name is Mandy. My most recent vacation to WDW was back in March with my husband and 3 kids and we stayed at our favorite Animal Kingdom Lodge.

Welcome to our Chit chat club. I've been away a couple days. I hope you enjoy yourself. on this sight.

Good Tuesday morning everyone! We had a fun long week-end. We went to the mountains, for a surprise quick trip. We hiked, and played putt putt, rented a boat, shopped in Estes Park, and relaxed. Hubby and I used to do that every year. We decided to try doing this again this year. It was great, but wore us out. I'm not used to hiking at 10,000 ft. I hope everyone had a safe and nice holiday. We spent the 4th all day at the kids house, grilling burgers, and an outdoor picnic. We set off fireworks in the street. Good times.

Thanks, I hope you had a nice holiday too! We have a short summer, usually, so it's probably the first and last trip to the mountains, for this year.

Now now....no hating on the veggies! My daughter and I both LOVE spinach pizza!

I'm sure you do, however, that still doesn't mean that it should be called a pizza anymore then Tofu should be called food. Maybe it should just be called a thin crust spinach pie. It definitely isn't a pizza.

That sounds like so much fun! My dh is thinking about taking the boys tent camping next summer, I'll be camping in a nice dry hotel room

We started out tent camping. Really , it's not too bad. We lived in Kansas and drove to Colorado. Funny we are living in Co. now. Never expected to live here. I love the time in the great outdoors. We used to hike in the morning, go back and take a nap in the tent in the afternoon. So relaxing. I also loved cooking bacon and eggs in the early morning, over the campfire. It's amazing to sleep under the stars. Up in the Rockies you can see millions of them.

Yep, hotel is my kind of camping, too!

These days it has to be my kind of camping. I would love to go back in time and have the chance to do another camping trip.

The oldest is 8, and then my middle one is 4 almost 5, and my baby is 3.

You certainly deserve a couple glasses of wine, or 6!

Every year I'm fascinated by this ridiculous contest at Coney Island -- Nathan's Famous Hot Dog Eating Contest. This was the 100th anniversary, and a new record was set by Joey Chesnut, age 32, who ate 70 hot dogs and buns in 10 minutes to claim the title this year.
