No bad to ME everywhere. I just don't like the overwhelming sauce. I don't taste the meat, just the overwhelming sauce.
And one must remember in my little Hamlet, I don't have choices, I have one restaurant that I favor and we are out. We do not even have a grocery store or any other commercial type box stores etc. So we travel to neighboring towns to dine.

We have to leave the state to find any good food!

We just got a call from my aunt. My step grandfather passed this morning.

I'm so sorry.

Thank you. He was nearly 100, so it's not completely unexpected, but I had called my grandmother right before we left, and she said he had been doing well, so it's sudden. My grandmother found him unresponsive this morning, she called 911, and they got him to the hospital, and he passed later today.

My sympathy's to you and your family.

I'm not much of a drinker, but, I just found myself with a bottle of Amaretto Liqueur. I don't have any idea how it is used? Can it be consumed alone, on the rocks or is it more of a mix with other things kind of animal? I found it in the back of my cupboard because I apparently got it as a gift from a friend and hauled it to NC when I moved. I think I had it a couple of years previous to my moving. Tells you how much I consume doesn't it?

Time to head out to the fireworks in about an hour. Clouds are finally starting to lift. *bouncing up and down*

I hope you enjoyed them. We didn't go to the organized fire works display this year, the area was closed to construction, and the new place only had enough parking for one hundred cars. Usually 5,000 cars show up. What was the city thinking?

2 properties over I can hear the 5 boys 8-16 having a belching contest. Over their BBQ feast.

Every year I'm fascinated by this ridiculous contest at Coney Island -- Nathan's Famous Hot Dog Eating Contest. This was the 100th anniversary, and a new record was set by Joey Chesnut, age 32, who ate 70 hot dogs and buns in 10 minutes to claim the title this year.

I'm sure you do, however, that still doesn't mean that it should be called a pizza anymore then Tofu should be called food. Maybe it should just be called a thin crust spinach pie. It definitely isn't a pizza.

Hey, if white chocolate is considered chocolate, then Pizza and spinach are not mutually exclusive.

Thought I'd share our afternoon project with you all. DD got some iron on paper stuff that you cut out a pattern and you can iron it onto a t-shirt. So we got her an adult sized long tshirt that she can wear as a dress and made a heart-shaped Minnie and then put glow in the dark puff paint around the Edge. She's very excited about it!

Hummingbirds! they love that bush.
they visit daily. the best is that said plant is right infront of my house's back entrance that looks at the shared garden.

They are calling for heavy rain and thunderstorms on the 4th of July evening which is going to mess up the fireworks in our area.
