It's more than blue sky and will likely open by 2021. In addition to the DHS work. Unless, as you say, they end up passing on this project.

I just hope they improve traffic flow and some how connect the HM area with the BTM area. I couldn't care less about the river or the boat...although I would be sad to see TSI go. Change is good. I hope they go big.

Ha! Nothing I've read in this thread suggests this "expansion" would happen as part of the 3.5bil budget to be spent (mostly on DHS) from now until '20 or '21. It could be, but this sounds like we are in a blue sky kind of stage of this project, where a concept/design is bring ironed out. Which means it could still be shelved entirely (again?). Any announcements now would be like the Avatar PR mess. Unless, again, this project falls under the $350mil MK is rumored to be getting....

Seems like we have lots of waiting and rumor threads to go before we get anything official.
