Not really a PTR.... :lookaroun

I've officially "Checked in" for my trip!

Staying at Pop from 28 September through 10 October for my longest-yet solo trip. The original intent was to just go for the WDWCelebrations.com "Project XL - The World at 40" event. Then I thought about it and the Food & Wine Festival is on, so I extended my stay. Then it clicked that my birthday is the 9th... You guessed it, I added a weekend. :o

If you're in the World and see me, please feel free to say hi! :wave: I'm easy to spot: Tall, short grey hair and beard, wearing a WDWMagic button and an old Disney Guest nametag that says "Monty" and has a little Canadian flag and a Canadian flag Mickey-head pin on the collar of my shirt. :cool: [If that's not enough to pick me out of a crowd, I don't have any fingers on either hand and three toes on my left hand instead - that's usually a dead giveaway it's me! :animwink:]]

EDIT: Bummer! Smileys don't work in titles! :shrug:

When you saw me three weeks ago it was my annual trip with Morgan. :king:

This is a whim trip for me! :cool: [Yes... I have expensive whims!]

I've done a few solo trips [one was an overnight], so that part notsomuch. The exciting parts are solo at F&W combined with my birthday. There will be some "self-spoiling"! :king:

Sounds like an awesome trip! Totally wish I could make multiple Disney trips in one year. Hopefully one day I will! Have fun!

My dad and I will be staying at Pop from Sept 30th-Oct 6th. I will have to keep an eye out for you. It's always nice to meet other people from this site. Hope you enjoy your trip.
