What DHS character dining would you add?

Hi All! :wave:

If you could add a character dining experience to DHS - what would you add?

I would love to see one where you met Mickey dressed like in Fantasia, and then the other characters - dressed up like in the movies - like goofie as Indiana Jones and Minnie in Star Wars. Something to celebrate the movies and another experience to the studios. Or do a Pixar one over near Pixar Place.

How about a new villians dinner now that d 1900 park fair is changed?? Id love a meal with malevasent, d queen from snow white, jafar, cruella haha be ryt at home in d studios!! And i second d pixar idea, wud be a great adition to pixar place

I'm a big fan of a fairy dining experience - but I guess that would fit better at a resort or MK. For DHS, it would be fun to have a dining experience w/the muppets. They aren't as Disney for me as other characters - but it would be cool to see them out & about. Or a Star Wars dining - not really something I'm into, but I can see that being popular. They do need a character dining at DHS - I would take anything!

Star Wars themed restaurant with characters. Restaurant design would resemble the bar scene on the original Star Wars movie.

The Little Mermaid Under the Sea restaurant with characters.

A restaurant featuring star look alikes.

The Muppets restaurant is a great idea too!

I love the idea of a Pixar character dinner, it would be fun if they could turn Pizza Planet into a TS restaurant and have the Toy Story guys there. I also like the villian idea, how was that when it was at 1900 Park Fare? I think my kids may be scared of some of the villians but I can see it being popular with older kids and adults.

There was talk that Studios might get a VIP characters meal for dinner. That never happened. I would still like to see the "Hero" character meal come at some point w/ Aladdin, Peter Pan, Shang, Hercules etc. I think it would be something nice for the boys and it could fit in at the Studios.

I would also like to see Monsters Inc or Pixar character dining. I'm not big on character dining but if any of these happened, I would be signing up in a heartbeat!

I'd like to see dining based off the series "House of Mouse," where you get to watch old Disney cartoons while eating (I guess this would be too similar to Sci-Fi). But I think they could include random characters, and have the lineup change all the time. Because all the different characters dine at the House of Mouse in the television show!

My daughter and I would just love a Tinkerbell and friends dining experience. And then my little guy would be all over Monster's Inc and the Toy Story guys.

Pixar themed characters or a hero themed meal either one would be great. I am sure that a fairy meal would be very popular but as a mom of boys I would love to see something a little more gender neutral or even boy targeted, there are several princess themed place already. My guys would be so excited to eat with Buzz and Woody or Mike and Sully.

This is a great idea you have...to have classic characters dress as movie characters!

Also as another posted said, Villains would be awesome, although it may scare some kids.

And as toystorymaniacs mentioned, Pixar characters would be awesome too, especially now that Pixar Place is at DHS.

It would be difficult to staff, but I would like to see somthing where classic movie stars / entertainers are present. Classic ones, like

Marlin Monroe
Humphery Bogart
Fred Astare
Marlene Dietrich
a young ________ Van
Brando
Charlie Chaplin
Julie Andrews
Ava Gardner

The list could go on and on. Of course this would most likely appeal to adults and fans of classic movies - but then you asked what I would like, not what I think everyone would like

Or maybe a restaruant along the lines of the Great Movie Ride. Different rooms themed to differnt movies, with wait staff that resembles the actors. Or maybe we could just drop Jack Rabbit Slims right in the middle of DHS - complete with a "pretty freaking good" $5 shake (I used the edited for television quote )

i totally vote for villain characters. you never see them anywhere and i hate it. i would go to this dinner EVERY time i go to the world.

im also a fan of this "hero" idea. no offense but im over the princess meals. they are everywhere in the parks so i personally dont see a big deal when i see princesses. but the 'aladdin, hercules' idea was good! yea aladdin is in the parks a lot but it's a different idea than the norm.

but i still say VILLAINS all the way
