Update: Karma saves the day.

Yesterday when they cut our power. There were some electricians from the company working and asked for water because their truck was failing. They confirmed that the system blocked the power (smart power meter) for lack of pay. They asked us to call and wait.
We did.
Luckily.. their friend that came to fix their truck, heard our problem.
And the same dude came today and reactivated our power.

So yes, power back up. Only 1 day with no power.
