If for no other reason I feel the need to express how the hell old I am.... I got married 54 years ago today. It lasted 29 years and I have been single ever since with no desire to "do it again". I was 23 when I got married and another 25 more years since I wasn't. For those counting, that's 48 years single and 29 years married. That is all!

When the tree fell on the house, the light in my parents bedroom was damaged, so it was one of the things that got replaced.

Ella, for some reason, is afraid of fans. Like, when we were in the apartment, I had to keep them off.

She just figured out the light has a fan in it...
