in other news, the electric company cut down our service because apparently "we didnt pay". I guess someone needs to tell their system that we have auto pay enabled on their own ****ty system.
Now they claim we have to pay the reconnection fee and with an eta of 3 days to reconnect. So here I am, no power for the first day.
I wish I had the money to hire a personal photographer/IT person

@ajrwdwgirl , does your school district have February vacation next week? (I just read that the schools in this area do, so I was wondering if this was a nationwide thing, or just something local to this state.)
Some schools around here have the whole week off and some just have Monday off due to an extended end of year vacation
Edit: Dh gets off Friday afternoon and goes back in Tuesday night:banghead::banghead::banghead:

You think Disney would have learned from there last mistake.

Due to budget cuts....trash pickup will be every other week
Also there were outside companies that wanted to capitalize by building residential homes right outside the Disney theme park that was never built. I'm not sure if the home builders wanted a Disney theme but I would think the homes would have them. The theme park was supposed to be Disney America built in Northern VA but due to strong opposition by locals etc, the park never happened. This was an Eisner plan after he visited Colonial Williamsburg . Before Eisner left, Eisner and his chief lieutenant Iger visited India together to look at sites for a theme park to be built in India. That park did not happen but the park was built in China instead.

So, yesterday was interesting. Was walking around the local nature area, and about 80 feet off in the distance I stopped short -- saw a large wolf (doing his scent marking routine). Unfortunately, he was right at the beginning of a dirt trail (although still covered in snow) that I sometimes use. Nope, nope, nope -- I backed away very slowly, and kept looking over my shoulde as I retreated.. Luckily, he had other things to attend to, and either did not seem me, or decided I posed no risk as I left. (Mating season for wolves, and also coyotes up here is late Jan. through mid-March. They can all be especially whack-a-doodles during this time.) :jawdrop:

Yes, over the years many mistakes have been made during that season. Not surprising that the animal kingdom would have those same whack-a-doodle reactions.
