Okay so after the thread the other day hyping it, I decided to try it for the first time in 20 years of EPCOT. It lived up to the hype.

And what a bargain! $1.99 and plenty big enough for hubby and I to share.

Can not believe I never tried this before and always go for pastries in France.
Yummmmy! Just sad I have to wait til Labor Day weekend for that yummy goodness!

Best School Bread moment for me:

Was in line and saw there was one left, it was late in the day and on my trip previous to that one they actually ran out. I never had the chance to get back to Norway before leaving. So it looked like history was about the repeat itself. Got closer, one person left, it's almost mine! The person ahead of me couldn't decide. Here I was thinking "don't pick the School Bread, don't pick the School Bread!" then the CM had to say "the School Bread is very popular" uugh... So of course the guest picked the School Bread. The person behind me and myself let of a loud sigh, which changed to a cheer and a high five between this complete stranger and me when a CM appeared out of the kitchen with a new full tray! :sohappy:

SHARE??? What is this word you speak of?! I have two a day, and the lefse!

And I see you are also running the 1/2 marathon...see you there and good luck...and after you finish the race, "sharing" school bread will be a thing of the past!

Hubby and I are both running and it will be our first half! I am so excited! Good luck to you too! I am sure I can eat a whole school bread after 13 miles!!!!

I have been countless times and I had my first school bread the other day. It is amazing.

What is it? Sweet bread filled with pudding and topped with icing and coconut.

DH & I just got back yesterday. We have been countless times and had never tried the school bread. We were both in the mood for a little snack, so I told him that lots of people on WDWMagic rave about the school bread. So we tried it, and absolutely LOVED it! :slurp: DH kept going on & on about it. It is now a "must eat". Thanks guys!

Can you use DDP snack credits for this? I may be using up my entire bunch for this one if it's THAT good! :D
