As several have already stated, "worst" is not the best choice of adjectives.
Epcot has... a messed up Test Track, a messed up Soarin', a messed up Journey Into Imagination, a ride whose greatest quality is that it spins you around really fast, an abandoned pavilion, a pavilion so untouched it might as well be abandoned, and freaking Nemo. And that's just Future World. Epcot is easily in the worst position of all four of the parks right now, which is why it gets my vote. When your best ride is SE, SE is still a great ride, but that's a problem in 2018.
what's messed up about teset track and soarin?DHS has Tower of Terror, RnRC, Star Tours, Muppets, with Runaway Railway and Galaxy's Edge on their way. Yes, it doesn't have the identity it once had, but that's on purpose. It still has a direction, attractions with promise coming soon, and multiple attractions that are renowned.

HS just due to the lack of thing to do (and the effect that has on the waits) even with TSL, plus the jumbled and incoherent theming. AK used to always be my least favorite, but Pandora + the GMR closure tipped the scales.
EPCOT will never be my least favorite as long as the WS is still there in more or less its current form. Future World is just gravy to me.
I think Aaronardo raised some valid points concerning Epcot. You suggest that FW is just gravy to you, and I'm genuinely curious if you visited when FW anchored that park? IMO, WS lacks any real depth save the American Adventure. The movies are tired, Frozen seems out of place, and don't even talk to me about the boat ride in Mexico. There's only so many times you browse the trinkets in those shops. We still enjoy a half day or so at Epcot, but it's lost so much that it just can't compete with MK or AK at this point.
I went as a kid in the 90's. WS is just one of my favorite things at Disne
Sounds like everybody is trashing DHS, because it is going through an identity crisis. Eisner coming from Universal thought Disney needed a Universal Park too. He also thought Californians needed a California park too. The parks each have their own identity and good/bad points, but to say worst. Neither. They all are good. Yes, DHS is going through a big change, but in the end it should be fun eclectic park something for everyone.
It’s generally accepted that both rides took downgrades with their reboots. I more or less agree that Test Track did but I am actually angry over how bad Soarin Around The World is.what's messed up about teset track and soarin?

That identity crisis has been around for over a decade, but it is not the only reason for my voting for DHS being the worst park. That crisis is not going to be completely gone after Star Wars Galaxies Edge opens due to Indiana Jones Stunt show. Disney admitted during the opening of Toy Story Land that they want to get a rid of stuff that shows how movies are made, but yet Indiana Jones Stunt show is still showing stunts.Sounds like everybody is trashing DHS, because it is going through an identity crisis.
