Hello I'm back and hoping to be able to check in on a more regular basis. Seeing I was away for so much of the summer and early fall dealing with my mom's heath scare everything around the house was WAYYYYYYYYYYY behind by the time I settled back in at home. Btw my mom is fine the biopsies showed her as all clear so the only problem she had to deal with afterward was getting her allergy meds straightened out and that was another giant pita. Changing her primary care doctor helped with that
Keeping up with yoga has been difficult at best but I've been doing a good deal of walking, yesterday my younger ds and I went on a power walk for over 2 hours
Let's see what else is going on, oh that's right this year for my hand made holiday gifts I'm giving out canned items which had taken up quite a bit of my time, nothing like starting at the end of tomato and pepper season when apples are already out.

I decided to give my knee another rest day yesterday and only take it for a run today. It's now only bothering me on the stairs. Unfortunately, the rest of me needs all that other biking and cross training. My legs fought me every little bit of my run this morning. So, I'm going to go back to full blown cross training, but do things like decreasing speed and tension on the bike to help take it easy on my knee. I did run to the holiday music, so that was nice...although...my holiday playlists are better. I just haven't been able to rebuild all of my music since getting my new phone.
