Checking in with a power yoga practice called "strength." My body has been sore since Sunday! I felt like I was moving through molasses and not really fluid moving. At one point, it felt like I tore a muscle in my back. This is why I should never stop yoga! LOL The first week is always hell for me. 

I have also been going for walks or runs, depending how I feel. One of my other goals for the week was to hit 10K steps on my Fitbit. So far, so good.

Unfortunately for the moment, that's not exactly easy since I'm injured. Basically, what I can do is WALK! Which actually, I enjoy because I put on my music and zone out. Given college life, it's really necessary to have time to just zone out.
