My gym plans have been way off, everytime I make plans to head out to the gym something else takes priority. I was going to go last night but I came down with a stomach bug. Time before that I was running late and never made it. Hopefully things get back on track, but not this weekend as I cover down for others. Maybe Sunday.

I got of track about a month and a half ago. I let my eating habits get out of control with constantly eating fast food and getting take out. It's hard at times because I work in fast food and sometimes I want to take home food or eat at work. If I do eat a work, it's a grilled chicken sandwich with lettuce, tomato, easy on the mayo, easy on the honey mustard, and pickles.

This Monday, I started eating right and exercising again. I'm been drinking my own fruit and veggie smoothies in the morning for a preworkout meal, a small bowl of cereal as a after workout/breakfast meal, a salad with grilled chicken or salmon for lunch then a small salad with grilled chicken for when I come home from work. On the days I don't get off of work at 9pm-10pm then I'll have chicken or fish with salad, veggies, and some kind of grain. For exercising I'm doing T-25 Alpha then will be moving on the T-25 Beta for July.

I was wondering if anyone wanted to participate in this again.

My life is a bit stressful at the moment and I am attempting to reestablish a regular yoga practice to melt away the stress. Accountability seems to help me.

If nobody wants to participate, no worries, I'll just let this glide back down again. :)

I was wondering the same thing! Let's bring it back @MR FERRET I'm sure would also be happy and I'd also love to hear how @epcotisbest is doing! @betty rose is also looking to get in better shape. Let's all help each other reach our goals! Thank you xoxo and with you around I'm now heading off to get in a short practice. I've been really good about walking and doing weights 3 times a week but I can use a reminder or 2 about keeping up with my practice Namaste

I'm down about 45 pounds now but seem to have leveled off. Still walking and watching what I eat, but unfortunately I have been watching a lot of things I have been eating! We got back from a 12 day trip that included Savannah and Orlando, and while in Savannah, we ate just a ridiculous amount of seafood. I love shrimp and grits, and all kinds of fresh seafood is everywhere you turn in Savannah. Did a lot of relaxing by the pool in Orlando and watched myself do a lot of eating there as well.
It is very helpful and encouraging to hear how others are doing and the encouragement from others helps keep my spirits up. Thank you to everyone who offers an encouraging word and inspiration from your accomplishments.
The real struggle is coming with the approach of cold weather. I used to be able to tolerate the cold much better. Now, not so much.

Impressive 45 pounds is excellent! Plateaus are quite normal so don't despair BTW you look amazing but your dw is still way too good for you LOL I also hate cold weather so I'm sorting through my exercise DVDs and I'm going to try and get a good rotation and add in more yoga.

Good morning and thnx again @Sans Souci getting this thread back up it was the kick in the pants I needed to get out of my rut. So today I did a Jillian Michael's kickboxing workout. I can't remember the last time I did it. I started my day with a glass of warm water with lemon and I'm now enjoying a cup of green tea with ginger. I'm in a smoothie mood so I'm thinking greens, almond butter and mixed berries:hungry: for lunch I'll have some type of veggie salad with some leftover beans and for dinner hot and spicy cauliflower with tofu and brown rice. Have an excellent day and remember you gotta move it, move it
