So had a busy day!
1. Groceries
2. Buy flowers
3. Plant flowers
4. Laundry
5. Stretching
Will make dinner and finish last 2 planks on the front deck this evening!
Sorry had to make myself accountable :D
I'm a little jelly! It's still a bit early for our annuals and I'm not putting much in the garden this year seeing we'll be away for so long. Mostly greens and a few flowers.

Hello-

I just finished Body Pump. I think I need to bump up my weights for the bicep track. I am always worried about getting bulky, though. LOL I might go for a walk in a bit, but it's drizzly, windy and all around blah. Tomorrow is supposed to be nicer, though. I am looking forward to when I can have my coffee outside in the morning.

I'm currently doing about 90 minutes each morning. I travel with park commandos so I have to be up for the challenge LOL Besides I've been really good about working out 5 or 6 days a week for 4 years now. Do not over do! Listen to your body!!!!!!!! Be very careful with your hip. Good luck and best wishes.
Oh no...I'm just wondering what I should work up to eventually. I'm doing about an hour, in which 10-15 mins is stretching both before and after...so about 45 mins of actual activity.

I'm so intimidated by her!! I will have to take a look though. I have been too scared to look into her workouts because she seems HARDCORE and I'm not ready for that yet!
Most of her workouts have a level one beginner and No More Trouble Zones can be easily modified by using light weights and not jumping during the plyo

Good morning 5 fat burning miles and day 22 and I liked this practice. On this week's to do list figure out which workout dvds I'm bringing to Disney and what equipment. My current thinking is 5 pound weights, stretch bands, belt with stretchies and a yoga mat.

Lovely morning today. Got in a couple of miles walk. It was nice and crisp, mid 60s, slight breeze and many birds chirping to welcome the sunrise and say hello to another day. (Or maybe they are saying "Hey man, the early bird gets the worm, but why are you up so early when you are not out looking for worms?")

Since I am griping about my mistake of turning on the TV this morning I'll add another gripe. Between the mindless segments of giggling airheads are commercials even more mindless.
One that sticks out is some nut job dancing around singing "That didn't suck."
Here is a newsflash - yes it did!
I don't know what they were trying to sell, but if I happen to see that ad again, I will make a note to never buy whatever it is they are trying to sell. Hope it is not something I use regularly.
I'm sure I'll find more to gripe about.
Note to self, do not let TV mess up another beautiful morning tomorrow.

It never ceases to amaze me what level advertisers sink to with today's commercials...and that the companies agree it is a good way to promote their product!

The ad you referenced is for Carvana. I had to watch all the way to the end to see what the lowlife was .
