You must have clicked "quote" instead of edit.

I agree with the out-datedness. . . but I'd really hate to see the peaceful atmosphere and Cranium Command go.

Now that LS is getting its much needed refurbishment, with the introduction of Nemo, it is now Wonders turn.

I think that the pavilion is nice. It just needs updated attractions. I think that Body Wars should be removed and a new health themed attraction be added.

Bottom Line: Either update Wonders "health theme" or create a new one.

I wish that COP and another progression attraction be housed there!!! Hehehe...:D

Why are you sorry, because you have an opinion that differs from mine? Anyways, I digress. Do you know what immoral means? Is it against your religious values to take a tour through the human body? I can definitely understand it being "disgusting", but certainly not "immoral".

I think the whole theme of the place needs a face lift. I think to go along with the EPCOT theme (like they plan to do that anymore), they need to theme it around health/medical advances that are most likely not going to happen (that may sound weird since technology always improves, but you catch my drift). I love Body Wars and Crainium Command; both rides are classics to me. Unfortunately, I think these will have to go in order to make the transformation.

Wouldn't that be cool if they replaced WoL with a weather themed pavilion???? Body Wars would be replaced with StormRider from TDS. The play areas in the center would have science models showing how storms are created and just little things like that.

On the ceiling (still a dome probably) there would be projections of different weather patterns. It would look dark and stormy one moment and then bright and sunny the next, and then a blizzard.

The Cranium Command theater would be replaced by a "institute" for weather. The theater would be were they were showing the latest storm tracking system. (Btw, this will be a 3D show). And during the presentation, they pick up storms and "pull them" into the theater as guests will experience raining, wind, and "snow" effects. Once the tracker gets controlled, the show ends. (The show will be similar to HISTA). The show also will feature AA's left over from Cranium Command but given a different theme of something..

There's other stuff to that would be added but this is just an idea I came up with..

Thank Goddness, it's finally closed!! Hopefully Disney will come to their senses and not reopen WoL and tear it down to replace it with something newer and much more fun. Now it is in a place called Future World, and the stuff looks so old, hmm now isnt that strange

...soon to be called Discoveryland because they don't want to INVEST in the future.

Now that's planning ahead.

And Test Track isn't futuristic so lets tear that down. Right??

atleast the video from test track doesnt look like it's from the 70's and Test Track is one of the most fun attractions Disney has, Wonders of Life sucks!

70s...ahh those were the days. WoL is 1989, my friend. (ugh I feel old). It has a scope that far outreaches the futuristic qualities of Test Track. So I'll just say that Test Track sucks.

ok, I'm sorry, the video is from the 80's big deal, really its not that good! I seriously cant see how anyone likes WoL, it is good for A/C, but I could just go on a fun ride like Mission: Space or stuff like that!!

And Test Track does not suck

See, Michael? This is opinion versus fact. You said "Wonders of Life" sucks. I don't think so. I said "Test Track" sucks. So am I wrong in saying WoL is better than Test Track? Or are we just different?

I could go out and say "And Wonders of Life does not suck," but I know better about the relations between opinion and fact.

Boards 101. . . ok? :)

All I'm trying to say is, Test Track is a fun filled attraction that keeps you on the edge of your seat. WoL on the other hand doesnt have one like that

Oh! But it did in 1989! And with new technology, it wore out. Test Track will wear out in 20 years (which is double Body Wars' times) at least. Thus, it's *mostly* based on thrill and less on long-term quality.

yes your right, but Disney is building what people want, they want thrills, Disney builds 'em! and maybe in 20 years Test Track will changed, WoL has out lived its life, and needs to go!

"People want thrills."

So everyone goes to the Magic Kingdom for Space, Thunder, and Splash Mountain ONLY?

What about Peter Pan's Flight?

Philharmagic?

Country Bear Jamboree?

Pirates of the Caribbean?

Close those down. People want thrill!

Remember the balance.

A thrill ride came. And replaced a family attraction.

A thrill ride came. And replaced a family attraction.

And now you want to close WOL because of ANOTHER thrill? Do you realize how EPCOT will fail in debt because of the lack of long-term effect - having to constantly replace rides to please the thrill-seeker?

If your theory was right that taking out family attractions - instead of making them more appealing for families - then make the Magic Kingdom into one giant coaster.

And stare at why it's not the most popular theme park in the world anymore.

Balance! At least put room for the family WITH another thrill ride to replace WOL. *shrug*
