Why not remove Cinderella's Castle

That would be the best use of the land, it’s cheaper to tear down the castle than to build on an expansion plot. Plus Cinderella is old and a princess in a castle is problematic.

Am I doing this right?
Probably because I am old, but this sounds EXACTLY like what should be said.

Seriously, help an old dude out, why isn't a princess castle problematic?!?

They would NEVER get rid of the castle............. They may retheme it maybe ;)
Don't forget, all ye naive Disney vacationers, they did do this to the castle:

Was it??? Take a good look at the castle. Why do we assume Disney knows what it's doing?
It was unique and Disney only had castle cake for a whole year. The Castle Cake merchandise had was castle cake plates and you buy your own replica of Castle cake. I think there's might've some of other castle merchandise also.

With Disney looking to reshape the park, they should definitely redo Main Street so it looks like an upscale suburban mall. They just need to follow the “look and feel” design standards they currently use when they build or renovate their on property hotels. Think Marriott design of muted grays and beiges!

They already removed a unique Main Street Bakery for a generic Starbucks. Nice way to remove the magic from Magic Kingdom

Freeing some center park land is a great idea, tear it down and replace with one of the tiny castles to appease the castle lovers then run into the speedway to make a mega land that brings the entire "Disney Vault" IPs to life throughout the new land.......
