Perhaps we should start a pets thread? I would, but I don't have time to post a photo right now (what's a new pets thread w/o a pic in the post?).

Back to people, then?

I have three lovely cats whose picture I will not post . I joined this board a very long time ago, and mostly lurked until last year when, thanks to the Celebration 25 and Picture of the Day threads, I quickly went from New Here to Earning my Ears to Junior Member.

Took my first trip to WDW during HS spring break, and my second trip was my honeymoon in 1986 (his second trip, too). Next trip was for our 10th anniversary, I had scrounged a few bucks and we stayed at ASM for four days. While we were standing in line for Peter Pan's flight, DH sighed wistfully and said, "I wish we could come here every year" I was quite moved by this and (being the financial brains of the partnership) told him that, as long as we could afford it, we would come back every year. Me and hubby:

We bought into DVC in 1998 at Old Key West, and we have gone each year since for our anniversary in May (and since 2000, again in the fall for the F&W fest).

Epcot is hubby's favorite park, I would have to agree, but MK is right there with it. My favorite character is Tigger (who'da guessed it?) and I always get my picture taken with him on each trip. Me and Tigger:

Took my mom for her 65th bday in 1999, and she is now a certified WDW addict. Me and mom at BCV for her 70th bday:

I look a little different now, last month I donated 16 inches of ponytail to Pantene's Beautiful Lengths program for wigs for people with cancer.

In real life, I work at a sports marketing company that I helped found ten years ago; in my office, I have two Epcot Flower & Garden Fest posters on the walls, as well as a framed enlargement of a picture of Cindy's Castle that I took years ago, and on one corner of my desk, I have a little collection of Tiggers. My coffee mug is from Walt Disney World, and I've got the screen saver on my computer, so I am always surrounded by my favorite place! I spend my lunch hour almost every day browsing these forums, and I enjoy it a lot!

It is great to put faces with screennames, and I am pleased to be in the company of the very good-looking people who are assembled here!

I am often in Atlanta for work, so keep me in mind for any meets that take place there!!

That was the official Epcot Flower & Garden Festival men's polo shirt in 2006. He does look good in it, doesn't he? :animwink:

We realized only after getting the picture printed how well it coordinated with my Mickey shirt!!

Yes, isn't it awful? Now we won't get to see any more members, because no one will ever find this thread on page 2 of Chit Chat.

Although now that I've found Chit Chat, I realize there's quite a bit of interesting stuff here!

I posted my info on the first or second page or so, but I didn't know how to post a picture. But I've since figured it out, so here is one from last year's WDW trip:

I'm Eddie and I work QSR at Typhoon Lagoon. Look for me at the Leaning Palms or Typhoon Tilly's. I'd be thrilled to meet some fellow WDWMAGICers at work.

Hello... i'm Michelle from Vallejo California. my son is Anthony (see avatar). my mom brought me and my sisters (and a lot of cousins) up disney and i'm bring my son and neices and nephews and soon god children up disney.

when i first bought membership to the site, i used my sons name so he can remember how to log in.

well, i soon got hooked on the forum (because i love message boards) while he is still hooked to the main site with the videos and pictures and such. hence the name and signature duality per se.

# of disneyland visits: over 36
# of wdw visits: 3

(you can click on the pics to see larger)

here is a picture of me and my son back in 2003 or 2004 at disneyland for xmas. this was suppose to be a reenactment of the two of us at the same spot by the castle from when i took a picture with him as an infant 13 years ago. his dad got TOO close and took headshots so no one was able to see the whole view of him sitting on my lap... how big he's gotten ... blah blah blah. i will try again in 3 weeks when i visit. this time i have a digital camera so 'do overs' will be enforced!!

my son and niece... i need to get this framed
