Who is the biggest Disney nut in Family? You or Spouse?

I would be the certified Disney Nut of the family. DH likes it but in no way like I do. I think that his biggest kick is the joy that I get from it but he would not be totally devastated if we did not go every year like I would be. I am just glad that he goes with the flow.

Me :hammer:

The wife enjoys WDW (but leaves the trip logistics to me) and she likes to know whats happening in The World after my frequent visits to WDWMagic. But me, I'm the Disney anorak in our family

It makes feel so much better to know that there are Disney-aholics out there just like me. My husband-to-be is not so much of a Disney freak, he just doesn't seem to get the magic, but I've got time to work on him. Any suggestions?

How do we get all of this park/resort music everyone's talking about?

I would have to say I am the bigger fan Park wise, DW may be a bit bigger fan movie wise. I am on here all the time relating what is going on in the world to DW. My DD-21 and DS-18 just roll their eyes like I am the biggest dork in the world for talking about WDW all the time.

But when it comes to trip planning, that is when I will admit I do become kinda of a dork. Making ADR's, Spreadsheets, checking park hours and EMH's. But they all thank me when we get there and we have all of the info at our fingertips.

They should be thankful I don't plan things down to the ride! lol We just pick a park and make a plan the night before.

Definately me, but my wife enjoys it as well. I remember getting that offer slid under our hotel room door last year where if you book before you leave you get some deal (it was free dining). I was tempted but my wife said no. However...A few weeks later she was missing Disney as well and thinking we should have rebooked then. We're going back in about 6 weeks.

We both are..though I am the one that plans the whole thing..:)

I make all the arangements and he just goes with me..He loves it just as much as I do though..and I am the one who introduced him to it in 1994 for our first trip together..:)

We have gone every year since except for 2005 when maggie was born..:)

Definitely me - hubby wants absolutely nothing to do with it. He went twice when DD was small, but his feeling is, he didn't forget anything while he was there, so there is no need to go back and get it. But, bless his heart, he has no problem with me going as often as I can. Thank goodness for this site, where I can share my excitement and love for all things DIsney.

I'm the bigger Disney nut, hands down. My DH was raised on Disney, and his mom is a Mickey Mouse freak. And he loves the parks. But I buy the DVDs, go on the WDW sites, listen to Disney (DLR/WDW) podcasts, etc.

Definitely me. She loves the parks but I pushed for the DVC, I go to the sites and read the news, I even order the DVDs every year whether we are going or not. Between the two of us I'm the only one who has to serve my Disney addiction with YouTube videos. :D

Definately me. DW loves WDW, but can you believe that she likes to vacation at other spots as well?

 OH god the Horror!!!!! LOL
Please just yesterday I kept telling my clients "you know where I'll be 8 weeks from today?".....Of course the majority were sarcastic and knew right off the bat where while a couple gave me that "well where " or your going again?......You just came back!!!!

Sadly, me by a mile! He puts up with me quite respectfully but I know what he's probably thinking every time he walks by the laptop playing some Live365 Disney station (all day), sees me looking at either resort, restaurant or ride pictures on laptop or sorting thru last year's receipts for everything we bought or ate. But the thing that I do that I'm sure sets me apart from almost everyone is looking at the pictures on this site http://www.orlandoairports.net/arrive/arrive.htm because, for me, the trip REALLY begins when I step off the plane and walk thru the airport!

OHH love that , thats now on my favs!!! I'll be looking at that quite often I can see....That does remind me of when we go and as soon as the doors open from the airport to the area where the magical express coaches are, I take it in.....The hot rush of air (especially in Sept)....Hubby once again just shakes his head.....But thats when I know ..."I"M HERE"!!!!
