I think Coral Reef is great with the fish tanks that surround you. And eventhough I haven't experienced it for myself yet, I like Animators Palette on the Disney cruise. Looks really cool!

The San Angel Inn in Epcot's Mexico pavilion gets my vote. It's modeled after a 17th century hacienda at twilight and features an erupting volcano and Mayan ruins. It also sits along the bank of the Grand Fiesta tour attraction. All of that outdoor ambiance and it's actually INSIDE!

Coral Reef, San Angel, and CRT are all near the tops of my list, but my fave decor wise was Marrakesh. Mind you- I'd never eat there again- but I found it to be very pretty.

crt and sci-fi for the whimsy of it but for a grown up feel i like citricos, california grill, flying fish, and victoria & alberts.

Coral Reef ~ If you get to sit next to the tank windows... amazing!

San Angel ~ I love sitting next to the "river" and watching the boats float by!

T-Rex ~ It can get a little loud but I still enjoyed my dinner here. It certainly entertained the kids!

Mexico Pavilion's San Angel Inn for me. I haven't been to nearly all the resaurants in WDW so it's not the most educated opinion but it's one i've gone to many times since i was little so it's stuck with me.

Well, it just so happens this hacienda comes with its very own private beach. And this private beach just so happens to look particularly beautiful bathed in moonlight. And there just so happens to be a full moon out tonight. So, swordfighter, if you want to sword fight, that's where I suggest. But if you wanna be old school about it, and you know I'm all about old school, then we can wait till dawn, and slice each other up at sunrise, like a couple real-life, honest-to-goodness samurais

That ^ just popped into my head while reading your description. But anyway, San Angel Inn gets my vote as well. Some say it is too dark to see in there, but I have never had an issue with it.

I agree 100%!! I also love the decor and atmosphere of Boma, Crystal Palace and the Plaza.

Coral Reef for the tanks and tiered seating area. I like that it isn't all one open space. San Angel Inn. I haven't eaten there but the atmosphere in that building is the outstanding.
