lol dont worry about that, just dont mix certain foods and you will be fine.Oh dear, we swapped our 'Ohana ressies for San Angel Inn next month.
Are you suggesting the Food and Wine crowds are not going to be happy with me?
pierogis sauteed in a little butter with onions...yumWell, my son will be happy. He eats pierogi at least twice/week.
Being a "Puke" (Polish/Ukrainian), pierogi are a staple from my childhood. Borscht and cabbage rolls too.
Nobody cooked like my Baba.

Apparently we in Wisconsin are in love with round-abouts. They are putting them in everywhere. They put one in near where I work a couple of years ago and my first time going through it I had to go up the curb into the middle area because there was a little old lady driving the wrong way and she was coming straight at me. (Not trying to slam anyone who is little, old, or a lady - it was what it was...Negotiating round-abouts is an acquired skill. Sadly, most folks can scarsely drive in a straight line ....
Sadly, no. Baba did not make that.Do you eat halushkas?
My daughter's godmother is Polish/Romanian.Holy cow - I've never known ANYONE outside my immediate family that has heard of them!
Sadly, no. Baba did not make that.
Just Googled it though, and it sounds delish. I love cabbage!

Unlike you guys, we really only have the Big 5 (TD/Canada Trust, Royal, CIBC, Scotia, and BMo), as well as credit unions, and a handful of virtual banks.
I am always blown away when travelling in the States, by the sheer number of different banks y'all have.
I do almost all of my shopping at small boutique stores, Costco, the Walden Galleria in Buffalo, and the Tar-jay across the road.
My Mom made them, we just called them stuffed cabbage - me likey lots!!!!Do you eat halushkas?
