Cesar, I am really enjoying your trip report. Your pictures are wonderful and your commentary relates a happy trip experience for you and your mom.

I might add that the pictures you just posted yesterday on the 2nd page of the thread (the most recent ones with the ship, mountains, blue ice, princess meet and greet, etc.) were lovely; but I think because there were so many of them, my computer sort of froze after quite a few. A prompt came up on my screen, which said the computer was not responding, and I had to shut everything down and turn it back on. So, I could not see any photos past the great ones you had of Minnie dressed in the warm Alaskan coat out on the deck of your ship. I know nothing about computers, but do you think that maybe if you put a few less pictures in each post (in other words, if you had 3 posts, could you maybe in the future, break that down to 6 posts, spreading out the pictures? I hope that doesn't sound stupid, but it was just a hunch I had. You're far better at computers than me, so maybe you might know how to fix this. Then again, maybe I'm the only one with a computer that freezes with so many pictures.)

I loved the blue ice floating around in the water. The little islands you photographed were so cute, too! You and your mom looked so nice, all dressed up for dinner. The cruise ship is very attractive. Glad you had fun!
Actually, the freeze problem is mostly caused by videos.

I have the same issue in video heavy forum posts. like this one http://forums.wdwmagic.com/threads/disney-world-show-parade-videos-multi-cam-edits.876830/
my browser can freeze up to 2-5 seconds as it loads the ton of videos linked there. and I have a beefy overclocked system (4core 4.2Ghz overclock, 16Gb ram)

Did anyone get to see the lunar eclipse this morning? I was hoping to see it, but we were clouded over...
nope.. clouded here as well.
Funnily, the more I fight to fix my sleeping cycle.. the more nature throws storms at 3AM to 6AM.
thus not letting me sleep.
and when I mean storm, I mean heavy thunderstorms with very nearby hits :(

Safe to say they won't wear a frozen costume this Halloween
I wonder why all the costumes for women MUST be "sexy" costumes? :|

So I was reading something and it got me thinking....what stores will you never shop at or try not to shop at?

For me, I don't shop a lot but....

I try not to shop at WalMart. Happened once or twice years ago.
Hobby Lobby is a definite no. And there's probably more but that's all I can think of for now.
Walmart. I try not to shop there unless there's something I absolutely need and they carry it. I walked in about 2 weeks ago to look for Orioles AL East Champions gear. Would you believe that the Walmart near my school is the only place I've found so far that carries Krispy Kreme Donuts glazed in the box? Even the grocery stores don't have them. Couldn't resist and bought two boxes

Don't you mean "¡Sí, sí,sí!" ;)

Ya hablo español. He hablado por 8 años. But I kind of need my computer to check my English, not my Spanish, when I'm trying to type in English
No se habrá desinstalado el diccionario en Ingles? haciendo que tu programa se mueva a Español todo el tiempo?

I seldom shop at Walmart (twice in the past four years) or Tar-jay in Canada (although we looooooove American Target).

I am also boycotting Home Depot, because they are a bunch of French-word-for-showers.

I have also had to stop feuding with the banks, as I was running out of institutions.
Unlike you guys, we really only have the Big 5 (TD/Canada Trust, Royal, CIBC, Scotia, and BMo), as well as credit unions, and a handful of virtual banks.
I am always blown away when travelling in the States, by the sheer number of different banks y'all have.

I do almost all of my shopping at small boutique stores, Costco, the Walden Galleria in Buffalo, and the Tar-jay across the road.

The Talbots in Woodfield Mall, suburb of Chicago left a couple years ago. There is an outlet near my Mom's that I'd often purchase dresses and suits from for a couple of decades. Last time few times I was in there it appeared they were selling clothing that was never in there stores. All of it was very matronly.

One of my No Mores is now Famous Footware. They use to have mid-range shoes but now that they have gone from leather to faux leather, at the same price point I am done. I'm also not a fan of the practice of needing to buy two of anything to receive a sale price.
I loooooove Famous Footwear. And DSW.
The men in my house wear size 13 or 14, so we do all of our shoe shopping State-side.
Twice the selection. Half the price!

Los dos diccionarios están en el programa, pero, por razones que no entiendo, Firefox se mueva a español automáticamente. Y el programa no quiere cambiar a inglés cuando selecciono inglés. Se queda en español.

You can tell there was an eclipse last day. Maybe a full moon. Anyway, the crazies are out driving. Anyway, I brought my brother to school.

1. Americans can't do rotaries. For some reason a town near me decide to convert stop signs into a rotary. First of all, the rotary is too small for if a car is in the rotary, one has no clue where they are going. So today I was at the stop sign before going in and some lady (old) beeped at me. There was a car near me on the rotary and I didn't know if he was turning or what. Like seriously lady.

2. I took the motorway home afterwards. I passed a lot of cars to the left of me. Not going fast. Just doing 65. I was in the slow speed lane, 4 lane highway. Not a problem until this car comes into my lane like 500 feet back and speeds up so I slow down, not slamming on my breaks but just enough to not to pass the car on the side of me so the lady wouldn't get what she wanted, which is to change lanes again in front of the car in the line. Anyway, she changed lanes behind the car and had to wait until she had room. In the end...she caught up with me again. I was a half a mile ahead of her and it turns out she looked like an 80 year old lady who shouldn't be driving.
Negotiating round-abouts is an acquired skill. Sadly, most folks can scarsely drive in a straight line ....
