What's something you've never experienced, but are trying on your next trip?

While on my last trip I managed to really do a lot, I know that I have to try doing these...:

Staying on property
Test Track
Exploring most of Future World (spent a lot of time in world showcase)
Late night Magic Kingdom (failed to stay towards the back of the park at closing or during EMHs and never got a chance to explore the park at these times)
Late night resort swimming/exploring
The Legendary Wasabi Bloody Mary
Picture with Mickey
Exploring various resorts

Magic Kingdom is awesome at night. Jungle Cruise is 10x better at night than during the day.

Leaving for WDW Friday. We have ADRs for Nine Dragons, Rose and Crown Pub and Restaurant Marrakesh, where we have never eaten.

I also plan to ride Big Thunder Mt for the first time and see some exhibits I haven't seen yet.

Doing all rides I have yet to do (LMA at the Studios and a few shows in EPCOT) and having dinner/lunch on all of WS' restaurants. :slurp:
