I don't think the run-flat's themselves would make a difference, but most cars with run-flat's have sensors to determine if the air pressure is low, and I'm not sure how those work.
Since the run flat's are becoming very common in the high end cars, aftermarket rims will have to be compatible soon if they aren't now.

Really? Do you Post in the DML on yahoo groups? What are the last 4 digits of your VIN? (that is how ya tell what production number it was) say like number 2645 out of 8600 built.
What is the build date stamped on the plaque in the drivers side gullwing lock post? Auto or manual...? BTW here is my 500 SL :lol:

Ummmm......the DeLorean isn't here yet, it's being shipped from Florida. It should be here in the week. Also, the Mercedes is in the shop because it needs some body work. The Mercedes is a 94', got it for $25,000. The Mercedes was a gift to me from my dad. He wants a Hummer and didn't want to get rid of the Mercedes he got a month ago!
I haven't post there yet. I can tell you now that it's a automatic, 81', and has 58,000 miles.

My mom is up in the air right now...she either wants the Hummer H2 SUT (the pickup version), the Cadillac Escalade EXT (pickup version), or a Navigator...(I told her to go for the Caddy...but she really likes the Hummer)
