I know the humidity sucks, and I know I have mentioned it before, but it really killed me at the Disney Marathon in January.
It is fun though to finally be able to run in shorts again.

Nice job. I went 5.33 miles yesterday at a 12:00 pace. It was about 60 degrees with a light breeze. I may not have
been flying but the conditions were great.

Beautiful morning, 43F with the full moon, so big and bright I could make out some features.

Had my 6 month physical with fasting and decided to run anyway to see that moon. Treated myself to an Egg McMuffin afterwards. My doc was happy with the blood pressure and weight and said, "Keep up the good work." I didn't tell him about my stay-at-home eating habits. And a little bummed because they aren't doing COVID antibody tests.

I'm still here, not that you'd know it! Nice job keeping up the good work everyone. I'm still muddling through running in my hilly neighborhood and hating it, but still getting out there (or using the TM) until I can go back to somewhat flatter trails.

I actually have a RunGum thing that works as a head band and stretches to a mask. I can breath through it for short distances.

Mowed the front 40....more like 1/3 acre. And planted strawberries and blueberry Bush. So I figured I did about 2.5 miles behind the mower.

Tomorrow is my Tea Party Virtual 5K with my son-in-law. In kind.... he'll be in his neighborhood and I'll be in mine.
