True. Next time go with, "You said go for a run. You didn't say come back when I was done."

Well, given that we are on mandatory teleworking, not coming back isn’t an option.

And contrary to him and my boss, I never run at lunchtime, because I prefer to shower at home. But now that I am working at home, I might start running midday.

I understand. Our office is going to working remotely beginning Monday. My laptop is being updated so I have access to our office site, and my office e-mail, as well as, connecting our office phones to our cell phones. It is going to be very different.

My gym closed last week. I have been able to run. (not last night) Odd thing is with there being no commute, either to or from work, since I will be working remotely, I will actually have more time to run during the day.

Well, Star Wars training is over. Maybe 3 miles tomorrow instead of 10.

I saw that notice. Sorry to hear. If you were going to do 10 tomorrow, do 10. I understand adjusting, I had a half scheduled for
April 5th, that was cancelled. You may want to cut back on the intensity without the specific goal, but think about it like you
just received extra training time for your next half.

3.1 mile walk. Was going to do my SW Virtual Saturday down the St. Marks Trail, but this darn beer virus showed up. Decided to break it up into 3-4 mile increments as all the 60+ year olds in my neighborhood have no concept of keeping 6 feet apart. Plus, it's hot now and my gym is closed. We are now under a Stay at Home order until who knows when.

I've been working out like crazy since school went remote last Monday. Running, HIIT and bootcamp from the Peloton app, tons of kettlebell stuff, and 100 push ups a day.

Keep working out, crew!! Physical activity boosts your immune system.

How's the Peloton?

Good news!

So this quarantine was driving me nuts. Being stuck in the house with three teenage boys.....yikes.

Gyms are closed and I just decided to run.

For the first time since January I ran and my feet are okay.

Ran three very slow miles Monday, two pretty average miles yesterday before we had (another) tornado warning.

Looking forward to getting back out there today. I'm alive again!
