Yes
Started a new PT yesterday. She confirmed my right hip/leg/glute etc is super weak. She dry-needled me which was pretty cool and they're doing a medical gait-analysis next week. I was told to continue my PT stretches and strengthening. I also met with my trainer and she gave me additional core/lower body exercises to do.

Need to start getting my mileage up before wine/dine - help!!

PB in a 4.5 mile race thru the vineyards. Finishers get a bottle of wine 😀

Somehow my memory gets foggy about this race each year (like forgetting about the reality of childbirth?) because I only ever seem to remember about the first hill - the first .8 miles or so is uphill, but in fact it goes down and up again - more gradually but the same elevation gain. End it then ends on a much shorter, steeper downhill.

Nice morning 3-miler at 0530, only 68F, clear skies, bright stars. Saw a meteor that lasted about 3 seconds, brighter than anything in the sky. Very cool but it startled me because I'm always half asleep and it really got the heart racing.
