Haven't been on here since last week!
Wednesday: 3.2 very humid miles @ 13:04/mi
Thursday: 2.3 humid but not-so-warm miles at 11:54/mi
Friday - fully body workout
Saturday & Sunday - rest days - I worked 10+ hours each day on my feet however
Today: 3.2 miles @ 12:17/mi - had tummy issues 10 mins in so I ended up walking 'til I found a bathroom

7m outdoors early Saturday (but not early enough to beat the humidity).
How do you do your intervals on the TM? Do you have a program setting or do you watch time/distance and manually change the setting?
I do it manually. I just decide how fast and how long I want each interval to last and I pay attention to the settings and time and make adjustments to the speed. It's a bit of a pain but I don't like the pre-programmed plans.

Thanks - that's how I do it as well.

Big day for me. Lol

I did chest and tricep at the gym. Ran an easy 4 on the boardwalk. Bodysurfed and played volleyball all day. Yoga'd before dinner then did a 1.5 mile pace run at sunset. I loved it all!

Damn, Don, I'M retired and I want your summer life..... :joyfull:
