I ran today 😀. Only for about 10 minutes, but at least it's something. My physio agreed that I could do a short and easy run and that I was to stop if my knee hurt. So after about 10 minutes my knee was a tiny bit sore so I dutifully stopped.

Always important to listen to your body. And your doctor as well. : )

2.2MI @ 13:01/MI - 6:30am and it was 78 with 80% humidity. I've gone from knee pain to lower back/hamstring issues - back to the chiro today!

Got up at 6am on Saturday to get in 7 miles before the heat got too bad, so it was a decent run. Later it was humid and in the 90s and I stupidly decided to walk 2 miles to a train station from a graduation party with DD16, and we were toast by the time we got there.

4.3ish outside on the 4th. In 85 heat, pushing the jogger. And my DS was saying I wasn't pushing him uphill fast enough. Neighbor asked me if I was ok when I got back home, apparently I didn't look to good. ; ) Bike today.
