Did 5@1@8, then 7.5 on bike, then 10-20mins quick core/stretching/flow. Realized just how much I like/need my extra big yoga mat when I saw how small the ones at the gym were.

It was too hot to run, plus I'm only cleared to do 20-30 minutes so instead I dragged my DD on a walk - we did about 5 miles. The best part: my soon to be teenager actually told me she enjoyed it

3.1M/5KM in 22:26. Probably a PR for training lap.

Will be my virtual race entry for July. Cant imagine beating this time. But at least hoping to try, since I've been so lazy lately.

Too hot to run outside so we did a cardio-circuit inside for 30 mins + upper body

Got the all clear from my ortho doctor to begin training again but as my physio had recommended: little by little. So I ran 20 mins on the treadmill at lunch, after doing a short warm up on the bike and a short walking warm up as well. Finished with a cool down walk and a few more minutes on the bike. Knee feels fine.

3.22 on TM at 0.5% with avg page of 12 something.

Was having back issues just before the 4th, so took last week off from gym and running.

@Swissmiss, congrats on having an almost teenager. Just know the next 5-6 years may be "interesting" and that's why wine was invented - to get parents through their kids' teenage years.
