Did 5@1@8, then 7.5 on bike, then 10-20mins quick core/stretching/flow. Realized just how much I like/need my extra big yoga mat when I saw how small the ones at the gym were.
The best part: my soon to be teenager actually told me she enjoyed it
So much lack of motivation...SO much. I'm running w/my trainer at 4:30pm and it's supposed to be 87...
@Swissmiss, your presence is needed in the Ivory Tower.
