ran last night with my personal trainer for the 1st time. 4 mins run/1 min walk for 30 mins...it was exhausting! Turned around and did bootcamp at 545am today

2.5 miles tonight in FREEZING weather! Isn't Spring supposed to start tomorrow?!

Spring came in with a nor'easter here on Long Island. Yesterday's run turned into shovelling a foot of snow. My rotator cuffs are screaming at me today.

Only got in 6 miles this AM. SIL informed me they have a Dungeons & Dragons thing today at 2:00 PM. That and the heavens were going to open during our run, so we cut it short. Got back to the car just as thunder boomers & rain started.

And my iPod died halfway through our run. Hopefully it's more a "I thought I'd plugged it in last night to charge" and not that Apple battery death nightmare.

Do you use an app that automatically figures your splits or are you on a treadmill and just changing your speeds? I'm so new to all of this LOL
