I always thought Merf was banned because he called out the owner of the site, caused problems, and always argued with people, putting them down in very rude ways.

That is why he was banned.

And to bjlc57, Fuji was never, I repeat NEVER green lit. Never. That's why we're not "screaming" at the top of our lungs about it. It was a rumor, nothing else.

Oh, and the Merf rumor that started this thread, was just that they were building a Mt Fuji forced perspective facade on the roof, nothing else.

When is Matterhorn coming to WDW. We've stolen Soarin' and CoP and whatever ride they had first. The Germany pavilion could also get a nice upgrade and the WS attendance would really increase. They could alway's put Matterhorn in Pooh's Playful Spot though.:shrug:

Matterhorn is here. It is called Everest. Think of it as Matterhorn on steroids.

Mt Fuji was never green lit. Almost but not quite. Something else is still in the works.

Of all the places that need updating at WDW, in my opinion WS is lowest on the list. Here is my list:

1. Future World
2. Magic Kingdom
3. Animal Kingdom
4. DHS
5. DTD
6. World Showcase

Yeah but "updating" is a tricky word. How about, where's the worst attraction/square foot ratio? Many pavilions, like Japan, have no attraction at all, and most just have films.

The only rumors I've heard was Mt Fuji... then it changed to a bullet train "simulator". Now what?
