I think it was taken from the monorail between the GF and the MK.
It was taken with a 300mm lens and doesn't look quite that bad when viewed normally.

That's really cool! Liberty Square if I'm not mistaken. They must'a had a little time before the parade :lol:

I think it was in the frontierland area but the ground looks more like liberty square. So I don't know. Yea its made with Masking Tape.

No. This is what they are doing:

It looked more like something PAC would do since they use tape to block off the parade area
