Thanks guys for the kind words on the Cinderella Castle picture. I adjusted the white balance in RAW to get the colors where I wanted them. The result is warmer and more magenta than the white balance the camera chose in "Auto" white balance. Other than what you gain in dynamic range, white balance adjustment is one big advantage of shooting in RAW, if your camera has the option...
