Yes, that's correct. Here's another image of the top of this area.

If I had to guess, I'd say Disney's Hollywood Studios by Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular and Prime Time Cafe. The body of water in that area is known as "Echo Lake", which is probably why the sign is "Echo Lake Apartments." Just my guess, but I think its right. :shrug:

Oops, copied wrong quote. The location is DHS, Prime Time Cafe is on the right.

On a side note: How come we humans cant be like the bird population and make the males get dressed up all pretty like the male birds do. Let them worry about it!!
