Although I don't completely agree with the broad net Disney has cast over employees here, I do feel that I understand why. It seems that it is a means to protect the company from occurrences like what happened in Paris (and possibly in other Disney parks) by cast members acting in an "unprofessional" manner (to say the least). http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g8iK12baYFMI completely understand Disney's point here. If the pictures are of "backstage", they have every right to protect their image. Anything "onstage" is fair game as it is open to the public in general.
However I don't agree with punishing or removing the privileges of all just to suppress the actions of a few. The broad net just seems like the lazy way of dealing with an internal problem.
