I wouldn’t say it’s necessarily cheap. It’s not a cheap hobby. People invest tens of thousands into home shows. I certainly have thousands invested.

In a Disney scale it would likely be hundreds of thousands.
Oh well, at least it's easier. Also could we possibly see your show? 👀

Yeah, I am not going to this, both offerings look like large wastes of money and they seemed to have learned nothing from the trashfire that was last year's Jollywood Nights. Though as @bmr1591 said, I am expecting it to sell out as it is disney, if the D23 tickets that cost over $1000 sold out (albeit at a slower rate than the other tickets), than these will too.

Hey, 5 days before Christmas, for an extra 10% this year, you can do the exact same MVMCP as you did last year 5 days before Christmas!!! Bob and Josh are MAGICAL!!!

We should probably throw TDO and Jeff “I HATE FIGMENT!!!” Vahle under the bus with them.
What makes you think the hot chocolate won’t be better this year? I’m sure it’ll be worth it 😂

To each their own, but as a family of 5, my party tickets cost us just under $1000 and I thought it was worth it, which was like 5 days before actual Christmas.

Most people said Jollywood was pretty decent after opening night.

Maybe they want to save the Castle Dreamlights for 2025? It kind of does make sense they would want to focus more on next years Holiday season than this year.

We all have our vices when it comes to cost. I pay $220 for Jordans and people call me nuts. I call people nuts that spend $5 per day at Starbucks. Some people just love Disney and will pay $200 for limited entertainment.

Eh, to each their own, at least they have added something to the entertainment lineup for Jollywood. And you got it close to christmas, so that must have been a good time for your family, always been a christmas person myself too. Moreso I'm sad that the dreamlights haven't returned, I remember doing the half marathon in 2018 and running through MK when they were up, that moment was amazing, shame that they probably aren't returning.

It's all perspective.

You say access to MK for 8 hours, 3 hours general operation, 5 hours of reduced crowds with unique entertainment is excessive at the $200 price point. I think there is value to be had. People spend similar money for 2-4 hour broadway show or a 3 hour NFL football game.
