Unlimited Fastpasses, Two Disney Hotels, and a Chef’s Table – It’s all Good Until Somebody Barfs

I just got back from the Happiest Place on Earth! And oh how I love it there. Disneyland is my home away from home. We spent so much time there when we lived in California and I have so many wonderful memories of it. I don’t get there near as often as I like anymore. So when some training was offered for travel agents, I knew I was there!

Who – Me of course! And Pam, Missy and Dani were coming for training too! There was a whole gaggle of Kingdom Konsultants! Well, is four a gaggle? Maybe not, but it was still fun! Here we all are from left to right Tammy, Missy, Pam and Dani:

When – August 22nd -August 27th

Where – 4 nights at the Grand Californian and one at the Disneyland Hotel

What – Some agent training and some fun!

Catch phrase of the trip – “It’s all good until somebody barfs.” Don’t worry, nobody actually barfed. More on that later…

Monday, August 27, 2012 – Home Again, Home Again, Jiggety Jig

We were finally adjusting to the time zone, on our last day of course, and all slept in until about 7!

Missy brought some awesome buttons from her last trip to Disneyland 25 years ago for me to see. I took some pictures real quick.

The fall room discounts came out that morning so all heck broke loose after the first person opened their iPad. We were all booking and switching people like crazy. I thought I had woken up early enough to relax and enjoy my last morning, but that threw everything off. I ended up repacking in a huge hurry and running out the door to catch my bus! I barely had time to yell goodbye over my shoulder!

But I did say goodbye and sadly, the trip was over. Even though I don't live in California anymore, Disneyland feels like my home park and it's always sad to say goodbye!

I know I'll be back soon though.

Awww...Tammy... It was all so good I could hardly stand it! As much as you know I'm hooked on cruising with Mickey, I wanna see Walt's park just as desperately as I want to get onboard another ship! Amazing stuff! When I do get there someday I hope we can talk you into coming out and showing us around. Maybe your kiddos could come guide the boys in the finer points of Disneyland, too! Love your reports and all the pics but you know that already.

Major congrats on your diplomas. I know how grueling those had to have been. LOL!

I'm so glad I could help, Kevin! You're going to have so much fun!

I take all my photos in RAW format, so I leave the white balance set on Auto. In RAW you can correct the white balance without any file degradation. There's a lot of reasons I love RAW, but that's a big one.

Yay! So glad I helped bring you to the dark side! I used to be a WDW snob, but after living in California for a few years, I learned what a treasure Disneyland is. I truly believe every Disney fan should visit it at least once!
